Hello,

I am turning my computer on, and start working. The midi is kind of OK (never really happy with midi performance in terms of real time recording on the new Cubase programs, but anyway) as time passes , the live midi recordings are appalling. Seriously...really out of time. I researched this and it turns out there is a problem between the internal Cubase clock versus the external motherboard clock. I read somewhere that some motherboards are better than others in order to eliminate this problem. I work constantly with MIDI and it is a serious pain to not be able quickly and efficiently put down what I am playing live. I don't work with pencil and record live with a keyboard. I am thinking in buying a PC from PC Specialists and are doing some great models but I am really concerned I will might buy a computer with a mother board that will be creating the same problems as the one I am having now.

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
